i have to say dinobot, just cause i have to wonder if he didint die what would happen really? yeah he did die out the way he wanted but  i think he deserved a bit more, but im just a crazy fan of course im going to say that 8) so dont take it serisouly

for depth charge and rampage just cause im not as big as a fan :( i say let him cause i think just cause deptcharge finally did what he set out to do

,tigatron and airazor i dont think they deserved that either serisouly! it was pointless then and more pointless to come back and die in less then a hour -thugh probably longer just because thats a show and reality to them would be longer- but still though he did help in a way

as for terrorsuar and scorponok i have to also they didnt deserve to die, it took them what 5 seconds to die? :| well anywho they died like tigatron and airazor it was pointless truly pointless then again with the way the ending was going for 3rd season they were bound to die anyway :|
-sigh-

and as for dinobot2, he ..how do i put this...-sigh- well he didnt either seriously the last thing you want is to begin to fin who you are and die -at least for a good cause- before you know it, if he did live i wonder what rattrap would be like towards him?

and as for inferno and quickstrike, come on!!! POINTLESS!~~

One of the things that bugged me about BW is the cavalier way so many characters were killed off. It's not that I object to them dying per se, but most of those who were bumped off deserved better deaths. Like Terrorsaur and Scorponok. If I hadn't known in advance they were going to be dunked in lava, the actual scene is over so quickly I probably wouldn't have worked out what happened to them until the end of the episode. Not to mention it's a rather stupid way to get rid of two characters, particularly one who can fly. Scorponok was pretty boring, but Terrorsaur deserved better than that. He should've gone out in battle with the Maximals, or been executed by Megatron for treachery - something less anticlimactic than just falling.

Same goes for Inferno and Quickstrike, really. Although I like the fact that Inferno got blasted by his beloved Royalty, the fact that Megatron wasted them both just to take pot shots at a bunch of apes really irritates me. Inferno and Quickstrike should've been destroyed in battle with the Maximals - it would've given the others like Silverbolt and Cheetor more to do in the final episode than hang around inside the Ark twiddling their thumbs.

Dinobot, Depth Charge and Rampage I have no complaints about as their deaths were all well-written and in Dinobot's case quite moving. "Code of Hero" is a classic episode that I wouldn't want removed from the series - it's bad enough that TM2 Dinobot's appearance already kinda trampled over his predecessor's heroic exit. As for Depth Charge and Rampage, well, it was fitting that they both bowed out locked in mortal combat.

TM2 Dinobot I wish hadn't showed up in the first place. His death salvaged the character somewhat, but like TM2 Dinobot himself it was just a pale imitation of the original.

Tigatron and Airrazor were both badly underwritten. Of them all, I think they're most deserving of a second chance at life - particularly Airrazor. Tigatron hung around longer, got a bit more characterisation in season one, and was clearly the dominant part of Tigerhawk. Poor old Airrazor didn't get much screen time or character development at all. Both characters were sort of wasted, particularly since their grand return only lasted for three episodes before they got nuked again.

So, my vote is for Airrazor. Much as I love Terrorsaur and hated how he was written out, he got some great episodes in season one which poor old Airrazor didn't. She deserved more attention.

You forgot one: Ravage. If I could I would have to chose him. While he only apeared in a few episodes, his character had somuch potentail. The Decepticon history is an exelent base to build a great character.
The great thing about the bBeast Wars toys that never got any time on the air in the TV show is that there personalities are up to the imaganation

Tigatron w/o a doubt. The only BW character I like better than him is Cheetor. He's so adorable, so lovable, he just, blech. He did NOT deserve to die, I couldn't agree more, Everblue. Now, I like Airrazor, Inferno, Terrorsaur, Quickstrike, Depth Charge, Rampage and Dinobot, but I like Tigatron more, as my post shows with his comparison to Cheetor, so I voted for him. And I agree with you, RobotInDisguise, Pointless Death. Let him live. What's next, they're gonna bring him back to life in comics only to have him captured by Mephisto?(Ghost Rider's enemy)The poor guy...
