Collecting names for a "card" for Sapphire

I know this is really, REALLY short notice, and I wanted to get this posted earlier, but I only just now got my chance (too long a story to explain). As you know, Sapphire, our Fearless Leader, has been suffering from another severe neck injury, so bad that she's been forced to keep herself off the computer for a while. What makes things even worse on the timing is that Monday the 26th is her 20th birthday.

So what I'm thinking of doing is I'll be making some sort of graphic to e-mail to her for her birthday, combined with get-well wishes (I haven't decided what the graphic will look like, though I have some ideas). But for some additional incentive, I'd like to see if anyone else both in here and my own board would like their names added to the list of "signatures" for this "graphic-card", or what-have-you. If you want you name added to the list, simply reply in the thread, catch me in IM, e-mail me, however way you want to contact me. I'll try to send her the "card" either this upcoming Sunday night or Monday morning, so that's your deadline. :)
