they can combine into the Gestalt robot Magnaboss.

Additionally there is the High Council who are manned by (known):

PS I have all those character as toys except Battle Unicorn or Torca now lol

the Maximal High council was basically just based off the Tripredicus Council so it was assumed to be the same. If you go by japanese canon, then Silverbolt, Prowl, and Ironhide would be replaced with Crow convoy(BW neo manga, a unfortunate convoy who's scanner broke, his robot and beast mode are a twist of mismatched parts so he's only good for strategy) and some assorted other convoy in silly robes. All taking higher orders from Cybertron's core computer Vector Sigma..


Honestly I'm kinda surprised Heinrad was in the IDW comics on a council.It might make more sense if you go by the manga version where he's a herald/agent to the god of time Chronos, but in the anime they pretty much just treated him like the short bus rider of the group. He had a voice that made him sound.. lacking in intelligence, was usually whiny, and even prone to bad actions like freezing time, running around in a circle, unfreeze time losing power just to be captured like a moron.

They never animated his transformation either since he's a transformer with testicles.. (Tanuki design.. Tanuki are known in mythology to have gigantic testicles which they used to beat like a drum and everything from shapeshift to fly with.. The real life animal, also has gigantic testicles.. where the myth started from.) Or maybe just to make him seem more mystical..I think it's the first reason..

Huh.. thinking about it and where those go in the toy.. That must be why IDW made him a council men, so they never have to draw him since he'd just be sitting around a table..

His toy (i have it) has his testicles while in robot mode on his thighs (like side pouches) and in beast mode between his legs << yeah...lol

Also, funny thing, his maximal spark crystal is on one of them lol
