what maximal would fit which super hero?

Optimus would be Superman. (Duh, anybody who watched 'Victory' would know why.)

Cheetor would be The Flash.

Airrazor would be Hawk Girl from Justice League Unlimited. (So I liked that show when I was a kid, big deal.)

Depth Charge IS Batman. Duh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh Depth Charge! XD (Or Batmanta, hahaha.

Silverbolt as Superman? Ick. It's like saying Blacharachnia is Spider-man....you heard me...

Lets see. Cheetor: The Flash. I don't know him well, but from what I've seen...well, it fits

I was gonna say that, so I definetely agree.

Uh... it's hard to find any shamelessly noble superheroes, not even Superman is like that. I kinda's guess Silverbolt is his own 'bot.

Dinobot is... tenuously... Wolverine. Not an exact match. The gruffness is there, but they don't have the same concepts of honor.

I would say Arthur, King Of The Britons from Monty Python's the Holy Grail would be fairly close.

Failing Him, Sir Galahad would be extremely close.

Rhinox is Bruce Banner aka the Hulk. Mild mannered scientist on the inside but when he gets angry... well "I'm in a bad mood. Got it!"

Rattrap would have to be spidey because of the copious amount of bad puns.... sorry make that Cheetor

Rattrap can be Ghost Rider instead

Blackarachnia would be Black Widow or Mystique

Tigatron = Black Panther

I'd like to say Optimus as Xavier, however I'll go with Nick Fury

Silverbolt would be Cyclops

Airrazor as Storm

For the Preds:

I think Megs would sit quite nicely as the Kingpin or Dr Doom... yeah definintely Doom

Rampage = Venom

Tarantulas as Doc Ock

Scorpinok as the Scorpion

Waspinator maybe as Toad

Terrorsaur maybe as the Vulture

Quickstrike as Bullseye maybe

Well, spidey just seems to match Cheetor in terms of voice and mannerisms (and relative age). So I definetely agree with the thought of Cheeto being Spidey.

I thought of that too, except Xavier doesn't fight very often.

I don't know enough about the guy. So I can't say yes or no.

I never would have thought of that (don't start mentioning Singapore). But that kinda' makes sense.

Rampage = Venom

Rampage makes me think of Doomsday a lot more. But that's not really in terms of personality, they just kinda' look similar, and do about as much destruction. The only problem is that Depth Charge does not remind me of Superman.

Dinobot reminds me of Raven from the Teen Titans cartoon and Rattrap as Beastboy from the same show. Don't mind the gender. >.>

Blackarachnia is between Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. Or maybe even Wonderwoman...

Rhinox is Steel! I can definitely see him with that giant metal hammer!

Airazor has me thinking of Oracle from Batman. Or maybe Batgirl.

For Silverbolt, I know there is someone from Justice League Unlimited who's really that honorable and all. I think he was a knight from the past...not sure.

Rattrap acts a lot like Beastboy from Teen Titans, but that could be Cheetor too.

Tarantulas = Joker, which would sorta fit if Blackarachnia was Harley.

Megatron could pull off a Lex Luthor any day! XD "WROOONG, OPTIMUS PRIMAL!"
