Prime really was acting a little bit immature for a leader in this episode I believe. He really was not thinking clearly here. He should have let Prowl talk to the Dinobots! (Motorcycle guy goood! Truck guy bad!)
I felt sorry for Sari. Even though she really doesn't understand how dangerous it is, all she was to do is help her friends.(I will be doing the same thing!)
Heck even Ratchet disagreed with Prime! XD (I thought that moment when Ratchet had to take the key away from Sari was very emotional! To me anyway)
After paying attention to Prime's charcter,he has difficulty on meintianing his leaderhsip,as he found out all at once that his comerades disobeyed him.Ratchet,being attached to Sari as they have a father-daughter relationship,goes off to find her and give her the Key.BumbleBee goes after her,since he knew those experiences first-hand....
When Sari uses her Key,BB is mainly there to know what happens.Sure,he did mistakes in the past when they experiemented with it,but,he also noticed how Sari was able to learn her mistakes and was able to use the Key wisely in the end.She has developed her own sense of defending herself and provided more insight on how she is able to communicae to the team.BB also learned his mistakes and is getting wiser on how to use his head when fighting,and how to fight.BB would defend her greatly by these points,but they still use the Key as if it were a toy(Both of them are kids anyways)....
Now Sari feels betrayed and thinks that tehy don't trust her.Prime wanted the Key for her safety,but I have to admit,what he said to BB was rather harsh and the comback he said had the same kind of bite.Elita returns and talks to Sari about her useage of the Key.Even though she wasn't seen a lot,Elita still proved to me that sh is her own character.The similarity between her and the Predacon of the same name is the desire for chrange.BW Blackrachnia wanted to become Transmetal II in the Third Season.Elita,wants to get rid of her organic parts,however,when she says she wants to go back the way she was,does that include her peronality....that I don't know.
The question also lies in Sari,is she able to help Elita again,since the last time she agreed to her,almost all orgainic life died.We are unknown to this,but just looking at her face,you can obviously tell she is thinking about it.Both felt betrayed,but both are misunderstood that Prime is willing to help both of them,but there are obstacles preventing that.
Now to the Dinobots.I love Prime's 'We come in peace'(I was automatically thinking of Shadow Raider's Emperor Femer saying this...'We come in Peace...How original')Anyway.Grimlock is still the one able to speak in this Episode and does not trust Optimus on what he says.Grim decides not to help them,since they don't ally with robots so often.The memories of their first encounter was still fresh,and,he'll trust Prowl and Bulkhead since they are the only ones taht saved them,,as for Priem,he wanted them destroyed.
So,we have to wait if the Dinobots will help them in Part II.
On to Prime...now he feels conflicted on how he is handling his teammates and the whole situation.He found out that the rest of the Autobots kept more secrets than he thought and still continues....
I'm a little disappointed with Ratchet. he's supposed to be a veteran but he acted more like a rookie. In my opinion the only Autobot who is half decent at fighting is Prowl. Sure he's not perfect and has gotten owned a few times (one by lockdown's cheat device and one by the all dredded space barnacles) but he still seems like the best fighter.
Hopefully the other guys will get more powerful later otherwise I'm gonna be laughing at the pathetic Autobots and I love them all, even blukhead.
One word of advice guys. TRY TO PUT UP A FIGHT, YOU BUNCH OF WIMPS!
I mean STARSCREAM alone could own all five!

Third Review
to disobey him.I like the idea that Prime still has thoughts of wheter or not he should be leader.When Sentinel Prime comes in Season II,we might see more of that.
Anyway,on o BB.One thing that got me laughing was that he was waiting for an elevatoir to get to Starscream.Meanwhile Starscream and Megatron confront one antoher.This meeting reminded me of a scene in my Transtech FanFic where Megatron form Beast Machines encounters a damaged Cyotek.Starscream did not seem so angry as I thought he would be,and niether did Megatron.I think,as a prediction that the two of them will team up again,because,as I thought from wathing a few Episodes in G1,they need each other.But,if Megatron found out that the Autobots are weak to one or two Decepticons,him without Starscream is not needed,but,the Autobots are lucky,they with the humans help,and even with the Dinobots at their side,Megatron is greatly outnumbered.Bogthe Megatron and Starscream know that,so,it will be determined that Starscream will join the Decepticons again,but his thoughts on being leader,and Megatron's awareness of that will not be forgotten.
Now to the ending.I have officially reconsidered the idea of Megatron being similar to his Movieverse self.His full body form is similar to his G1 form.As for his personality in this Episode...In the past,he seemed to be more of the Movieverse,but involved into a Beast Wars/Beast Machines type quality.But,Megatron in Animated prove to me that he became his own person,but,I won't put that permanently yet.I want to see his style of battle again,how he exchanges words with Prime and the aftermath of Part II.Then I can truly say that Animated Megatron is different to all the rest,but has a slight G1 appearance.
Still have to wait for Part II.Until then freinds.
I just finished watching todays episode. That episode was great. I liked how they animated it when Megatron transforms. it's so detailed and cool!
lol anyway they begin where they left off with Megatron flying above the building. I have to say it. Those Autobots are wimpy! It seems Megatron didn't forget Prowl chopping off his arm though I did for awhile. I get the feeling he's going to try to get revenge for that again but I might be wrong.

What was the point of Sari taking BA to the river like that? I guess she didn't really feel sorry for her after all and BAs role in the episode wasn't very important. She needs a bigger part. Maybe her and Starscream can team up because I know Starscream isn't dead yet. That bugger will never die.
Bumblebee making Blitzwing careless by ticking him off was hilarious! "I'm falling! HAHAHAHAHA!" I love that guy. ^^
I wonder what Sumdac was going to tell Sari? I bet she's a robot. I get the feeling that might be it and might explain why the Allspark showed that DNA strand when she asked why it chose her.
Megatron wanted to squash Sari's dad after all the guy did for him! Talk about ungrateful. Speaking of which. I don't really like Megatron's earth mode. That giant gun on the front just looks wrong.
The end was good though. I get the feeling Megatron and Dr. Sumdac might become friends. Don't ask why. it just seemed that way. Why else would he have grabbed him? Does he want him to repair him again? Hopefully the next time we see Megatron he STAYS Megatron. Dr. SUumdac. DON'T YOU DARE MAKE HIM INTO GALVATRON! If you do I'm gonna rip your head off and stomp on your fat body.
um... yeah that's about it.

I'd die first if Animated has Megs turn into Galvy, then I'd find a way to come back and haunt Sumdac until Lady Warrior comes and rips his head off and stomps on him. Though I wouldn't die if Galvy was there as a seperate character.
Anyway, Megatron punishing Starscream there was expected...Ani Megs actually has the smarts to get rid of him before he can go all betrayal again. Not that I'm happy Starscream's out of the picture.
And yeah, BA's role was totally pointless.
Umm....did I mention that Blitzwing was for win there?
...SO ENDS SEASON ONE! Haaaa...can't wait for the Elite Guard to come in. JAZZ!!! And IRONHIDE!!! ^^ Though Sentinel is probably the one character they've ever worked on to make hate-able.
Looking through the summaries on the TF wiki, Season Two's already sounding quite awesome.
First off I have to say that the animation was at it's best in the first fight scene.There were detailed and the Transformation sequence for Megatron was interesting the first time,okay the second time.
Prime in the first fight scene was good,going all out on Megatron first thing.All the Autobots(Without BumbleBee and Ratchet present)did anything they can to stop Megatron right then and there.Surprisingly enough,this is the second time that the Autobots fought on the area near Dr.Sumdac's headquarters,the first time being with Starscream.Once again,this fight scene proves that the Autobots could not handle one Decepticon,but,at brief times I was wrong,seeing that Megatron struggled when fighting Prime.Meanwhile Blitzwing and Lugnut just stand there observing Megatron while taking Sumdac hostage.Also,Starscream and BB are at the rooftop.At first glance I thought my theroy earlier was coming true,saying that he would join Megatron again to have a better oppurtunity to betray him again.When Megatron called out all Decepticons,my theory was proven wrong.Megatron completly slagged Starscream for his insolense in Episode 1.Megatron doesn't need him,since he alone can take out two Autobots including Prime,so,with two of his most loyal members,the Autobots can be defeated(Later he proved this true)
Meanwhile,we see Elita and Sari going to Lake Erie to find the Allspark.Sari did agree to helping her but also tricked her.But I thought about this:What if Ratchet was not there in the Ark?Would she still lead Elita to the Allspark?Since Elita is organic,I doubt she would go so far for the Allspark.Anyway,Ratchet launches the Ark with Sari and Eliat on top.Ratchet took Sari and Elita was thrown off,to be seen again in Season II.
After the Decepticons went off to find the Allspark,teh Ark lands in Sumdac's building.Prowl and Bulkhead already have doubts on him after telling them that he founded Megatron and helped him recover.Prime already forgave him for his mistake.I was surprised that Prowl and Bulkhead become so distrusting to Sumdac so fast.He admit what he done was a mistake and he wanted to undo the things he done by helping them.Sari and Ratchet meet up with them and try to run off.The Decepticons found them and landed on a mountain.We now witnessed a new place for the Ark to be set in,with a G1 appeal to it.
Final battle scene commences as Bulkhead goes against Lugnut.This was really good,Bulkhead using quick-thinking as he can to defeat Lugnut(Looks back at stopping Lugnut's blaster through his hand).Ratchet,Prowl,and BumbleBee take on Blitzwing,using BB's 'obnoxious personality' to piss off Blitzwing.It worked,letting his tank mode sink himself into the lake.
Now it's Prime and Megatron,leading themselves into the Ark.I actually loved Prime in this one,fighting Megatron with all his might,using his axe(Long staff version)and his other abilities to defeat him.Megatron still got the upper hand as he uses Prime's weapons to tie him up,defeat him,and get the Allspark.Megatron won the round and fused the Allspark with his own Spark.Due to a hiot from Prime,the Key fell out of Megatron's body.Sari hands the Key to Prime and gave the final blow to Megatron,'desinegrating(Sorry for my spelling error)'the Allspark.
The ending:The Key is now the most valuable artifact in Cybertron(So I believe the do not include Vector Sigma,Golden Disk,or even the Oracle for that matter),and Prime gave Sari the Key,saying that it would be much safer in her hands.Lastly,Megatron lives and Dr.Sumdac is with him syaing that their Fates will forever be intertwined.
My Thoughts
Not bad for a Season Finale.The Autobots actually foght their hardest on this one.Though it looks like the perfect ending to Season One,there are still questions to be asked.
One is Starscream.Was he killed or just in Sasis Lock?When Megatron was blasting him,we see a clip of a few Episodes back to the scene where he was resurrected.The clip was the Key entering the Allspark,so it is debateable if he was killed or not. It's too soon to kill him off.In G1 and Armada,he was killed off much later,and seems to return fully or in ghost form.Once again this is debatable.Also,what became of his body?Did the Decepticons left him there or did they dispose of him.That we won't know until later of Season II
Another question is the Dinobots.I thought what was the point of putting them on in the first part?My answer was that it was used as a plaot and forshadowing device.The writers were going to let Prime found about them eventaully,so they thought this was the best time to find out.Now that prime knows that they'll still alive,they would or would not be used in Season II,possibly in the Season II Finale,but it's too soon to tell.
One questioned that bugged me was where was Fanzone?I was expecting a Finale where the humans where involved heavily besides Sari and her father.I would love to see Fanzone and his force stop Megatron and the others,giving the Autobots the upper hand.Instead,we got and abandoned Detroit and another isolated area for two battle scenes.The first battle scene without humans,quite unrealistic,but then again,they did this when the Autobots fought Starscream.
Second lastly,what did the Allspark showed to Sari before being destroyed?What we are seen is DNA stands and a Spark.Was it telling her about biology of a Cybertronian?Their weakness?Their origin?It's going to be a while before knowing.
And finally Sumdac and Megatron.Is Sumdac willing enough to betray the Autobots for Megatron?Also,he didn't say anything,is something is affecting him for some reason?We still don't know,an I found it annoying that I have to wait.*Smacks head on wall*
I guess the Autobots having the Key for themselves is now officially a dream that can't be furfilled.It annoyed me that Sari is the only one that can keep the Key,but I guess I have to accept it,since teh Autobots can't defend the Allspark from Deceticons without screwing up.
We seen an evolution with the Autobots as they became more of a team.Prime dveloped good without dialouge but through his actions.Slowly,I am seeing more of G1 Prime though this young academy solider.The matainence bots taht he teamed up are becoming more like soliders,accepting Prime as their leader.Sari is becoming more recgonized as she is finally a member of their team,as she is the sole person who the Atobots accepted.
But you gotta wonder what sari's dad wanted top tell her.

Plenty of people seem to think he was going to tell her that she's a robot. Which leads us to her origin since others think she's Cybertronian, since she was adopted and all. Personally, what the slag is up with that theory?
You also have to wonder what the Allspark meant by showing Sari a DNA strand with a spark when she asked why it chose her. Fuel for the above theories, I guess.
I don't know why I left that part out,I guess I wan't paying attention at that moment.
I went to YouTube to see the ending for my review,and I noticed people are saying that Sari might be reversed engineered by Sumdac throuh Megatron.If that is true,we have seen a new evolution in Cybertronian technology in it's usage since the Technorganic thing in Beast Machines.If not,then I still stick to the theory I posted in my review.
Though if Sari IS a robot, then that would technically mean Megatron IS her mother, what with the whole reverse engineering thing.

Staying on topic, I'm half for the Sari is a robot thing and half against it. Prof. Sumdac must have been a real genius if she is, because she aged in Along Came a Spider and actually got a cold.
On the other hand, it starts making me think about her role in Nature Calls, when she was all 'balance between technology and nature.' Foreshadowing, maybe? I don't know, it's kind of hard to guess at this point--she could just be an ordinary human after all.
Though if she really is a robot, it may explain her blatant lack of visible injury....
The sentence 'Megatron is your mother' will forever be stuck in my head.
Edit: Something just hit me as I went through Wonko's review. The Allspark could have just meant that Sari was vital in the relationships between organic and machine. OR, maybe it has something to do with BA?
I can smell something brewing here...
