It's totally Beast Wars related. Because, baby, Beast Wars Robot Heroes! ROBOT HEROES WASPINATOR! He will face Movie Scorponok in TOTAL DOMINATION OF THE CUTE!

No Dinobot. It leads me to hope that there might be more of these in the works, since he was arguably the most popular character in the series.

( Yes, I want my Bitty Terrorsaur. Also Bitty Inferno. Mostly Terrorsaur. No surprise. ;) )
