I'm not exactly a legal expert, but I assume if there was any way Hasbro could stop chains like Big Lots and Dollar General from selling these knock-offs, they would have by now.

Dollaer Genrral doesn't sell knock offs... well they do but they look nothing like the real deals. Dollar stores also seal REAL TFS. That's where i got my Energon Arcee, Windrazor, Insecticon, Cybertron Brakedown, and Spychanger Jazz.

I should be getting my new BWs from eBay in the mail soon and I have a bunch of non-transmetal Beast Warriors but I don't have a picture of them.
