The movie scene packs are just re-released versions of the toys with some miniature human figurines to go along with them (or in Longarm's case, remolded to have the top half of Mikaela permanently affixed in his drivers' seat). They're sorta neat, but really not worth getting if you already own the TFs in question.
DON'T BUY THE BARRICADE ONE, THOUGH-- he's actually been modified by Hasbro to PREVENT the Frenzy toy from popping out of his chest, since they already made a Frenzy miniature attacking the Sam & Mikaela miniatures in that set.
As for Battle Damaged Arcee, she comes in a Sam's Club-exclusive three-pack with Battle Damaged Voyager class Prime and, stupidly, a completely unchanged Voyager class Starscream (which is why I didn't purchase it). I surprisingly have never seen close-up pictures of Battle Damaged Arcee, so I can't tell you ALL the changes, all I know is that there are no mold changes to the figure, just faded/scraped metal paint apps. News recently came out of a single-packed Battle Damaged Arcee that will likely be a store exclusive, though further details such as the store it will be exclusive to, and when it's coming out, are as yet unknown.
They all transform identically, the difference is in their details and specific type of alternate mode. They were originally used in the early '90s in the Generation 2 line as "Go-Bots" because they roll well on surfaces due to their Hot Wheels-like tires (not the '80s Go-Bots, Hasbro had acquired the name).
Spychangers stopped coming out about 3 years ago, though. Surprised artemis is still finding them, even at Discount Stores.

That's impossible, every Wal-Mart (and Target, and Toys "R" Us) is contracted to sell TFs. Lately Wal-Mart shelves have been relatively barren because of the extreme popularity of TF toys due to the movie and the holiday season, but your Wal-Mart will have TFs back in stock soon enough.
The Dollar stores in my town sell a lot of things that are expired. It's really strange but it does.
I know where I can find the Beast Wars Transmetal 2 Megatron for only 10 bucks! BIG LOTS! When I get the money I plan on going back and getting him. If he's still there when I get back.

Wait, are you sure it's BEAST WARS TM2 Megatron? As in, not a knockoff which comprises 90% of the "Transformers" Big Lots sells? If it's a knockoff, I'd avoid those like the plague if I were you. VERY low quality, and they break like they were made of saltine crackers. I learned my lesson the hard way when I bought knockoff G1 Aerialbots. Threw them away five minutes after I opened them, they fell apart if I looked at them wrong...

lol. It might not be the actual TM2 Megatron but it does have Cheetor onb the box. When I first saw it I stared at the box for ten minutes trying to decide if I wanted it. I was on my way to Wal-Mart at the time and I wanted money so I could afford any robots I got there. Unfortunately for me the two bots I wanted at Wal-Mart were all sold out when I got there.

Well they've been out of their boxes for awhile now. They're too complicated to put back in their boxes. i do still have the boxes. XD They;re in a big box under my bed and in a bag in my closet.
