When the Predacons (Tripredicus Council) near Cybertron learnt of the Maximal's wherabouts and that they'd survived, they prevented the rest of the Maximals on Cybertron from finding out, by destroying their satelite. The Tripredicus Council decided that, seeing as Megatron was with them, the repercussions of such a discovery would be harsh on the Predacons, who were in a delicate allince with the Maximals back on Cybertron. So it was decided an assasin would be needed to take out Megatron, and silence the surviving Maximals. Thus, Ravage was deployed. Ravage was a leftover from the Great War between the Autobots and Decepticons. He was granted amnesty and rebuilt as a Predacon. When he arrived, Megatron and his Predacons were attacking the Axalon, but he chased them away with his ship (which was conveniently cloaked). At first, Ravage seemed to be on the side of the Maximals. He promised to help them defeat Megatron, and did. However, when he was alone with Megatron, the tyrant peroduced a shard of the Golden Disk, which had a fragment of the Original Megatron's speech, telling all survivors of the War what to do. Convinced, Ravage decided to release Megatron and team up with him. He turned against the Maximals, much to their horror, and was preparing to take out the Axalon. Fortunately for the Maximals, Rattrap managed to break into his ship and destropy it from the inside. Ravage did not survive the explosion, and so his short time on Earth ended.
