Terrorsaur in Love

  Part 5

Terrorsaur heard the explosive charge from Tarantulas blaster cannon, and saw its smoke trail. His eyes widened on horror. He cursed the insane insect as he hurriedly rushed to shield Airazor from the projectile.

The femme was surprised to see a Pred running at her. He tackled her away from an explosion five microclicks after Terrorsaur pushed her out of it. But the Predacon stood up; not to attack her further, but to fend off one of his comrades.

Tarantulas grunted in frustration as he leaped over the dugout like structure he hid himself in. But Terrorsaur, not Airazor met him for combat.

Fists clenched, jaw muscles taught, legs ready to spring, Terrorsaur watched the enshrouding dust settle as his opponent walked out. His ferocity overwhelmed his sense of loyalty. He pounced....

Tarantulas slowly sidestepped debris, making his way towards the Maximal hindering his mission. The red blur that knocked him back into the crater of his blast growled ferally....

To better track Tarantulas, Terrorsaur switched his optic sensors to infra red. The bug was lying in the hole caused by the grenade. With his bare hands, Terrorsaur hefted the spider out, into the open air, and dropped him again with minimal effort. He leaned down, pressing his spiked knee joint into his enemy's chest.

With a closed fist and bared teeth, he back-handed Tarantulas, making his head jerk to the side violently. He hit the Predacon again, again, again, again, ever adding to his ferocious temperament.

Mech fluid flowed freely from his mouth, his mandibles hanging loose on his face, the bot he thought was a Predacon worthy of honor continued to beat him, striking relentlessly out of anger....

Airazor Lifted her head, looked to the two Predacons, one on top of the other; the top one hitting the bottom one without mercy. She recognized The Red one as Terrorsaur, and something clicked: He was who Dinobot was talking about wanting to meet her....

With Tarantulas' neck in his clutches, he choked him as he drew his blaster, cocking it, giving it a fresh charge. Terrorsaur held the barrel of it against his enemy's mouth, finger tightly holding the trigger, ready to blow Tarantulas to slag.

Something on his shoulder made him turn his head quickly, a question forming on his lips, but was silenced by Airazor's on his own. Warmth, all ensconcing warmth, a loving wind, a cradling gesture stopped him.

Airazor sought to remember a name, "D-DeathTrap." She whispered in The red Predacon's ear. "Don't do this, not again. Please. I love you, DeathTrap...." She kissed him again, pleadingly.

Terrorsaur looked at her, recollecting a past name and face, matched them with the Maximal who kissed him, and looked back to the Predacon who he could easily destroy with a simple muscle spasm.

Suddenly, it didn't matter. All that did matter, was his past, and future. Terrorsaur wept as he hugged Airazor, a battle won for his psychological stability, and for his physical happiness. He smiled at her, tears in both their eyes.

They walked away.

Tarantulas absently grabbed his launcher, loaded a charge in the barrel, fired....

Terrorsaur flew away, a blast hitting him, but mercifully missing Airazor.

"Ah...!" She exclaimed, gasping. Tarantulas fell, in stasis lock, fortunately unconscious. She gingerly lifted the comatose Terrorsaur and flew, as fast as the wind, towards the Axalon for the CR chamber....
