Unread post by Night-Hunter »

Every one has thier favorite movie or TV lines from thier fave show or movie.

Mine is from Titanic where Jack is talking to Rose in what looked like a weight room and i love his line.

"That fire that i love about you, Rose, that fire is going to burn out."
I love the movie Titanic i can watch it a thousand times and not get board of it.

When Clint Eastwood said in Dirty Harry, "Go ahead, make my day" and when he also said, "You feeling lucky? Well do you, punk?"

Lord of the Rings, Lord of the Rings... and Lord of the Rings:

"I wish none of this had ever happened."
"So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to you."

"It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo, the ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger they were, and sometimes you didn't want to know the ending, because how could the ending be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing- this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines out, it'll shine out the clearer. Those are the stories that stick that with you- that meant somethin', even if you were too small to understand why.. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't, because they were holding onto something."
"What are we holding onto, Sam?"
"That there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for."

"Then let us be rid of it, once and for all. Come on Mr. Frodo. I can't carry it for you. But I can carry you! Come on!"

"Death? No the journey doesn't end here. Death is just another path. One that we all must take. The grey rain curtains of this world fold back, and all turns to silver glass. And then you see it."
"See what, Gandalf? See what?"
"White shores, and beyond. A far green country under a swift sunrise."

Great movies.

Then there's

"No Luke. I am your father."

I will have to think of more later. I know there are more in my head- I just only usually think of them when I hear them.
I understand... you are, after all, a predacon.

"Punk ass Decepticon."
"What is the meaning of this? You dare point a gun at me?! You want a piece of me?! I will tare you part!"

And lets not forget Optimus' lines.

"You'll never stop at one.... I'll take you all on!"
And "I rise you fall."

Gotta love 'em.

The best one liners come from the mouth of the God of B-movies, Mr Bruce Campbell. Especially in the movie Army of Darkness (the third installment in the Evil Dead trilogy)

Examples:
"Alright you primitive screwheads, listen up! This is my boomstick!" #raises shotgun to medieval crowd#

"Good. Bad. I'm the guy with the gun."

"Hail to the King baby."

"Well hello Mr Fancypants. Listen pal, you ain't leading nothing but two things right now.... Jack and s**t... and Jack left town."
It's ok sir. I'll be fine...

Just listen to your commander, bonebrain!

Yes dear...

Sideswipe was the one who said "What is the meaning of this?", Ironhide was the rest

"This is my boomstick!"
..."That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan."

And thus was my hometown pulled into movie lore. I've never seen an S-Mart though...
