Eh I wasn't sure where to put this topic, but I put it here in the general board, because I figured that some people's first OCs may have been non-Transformers related, such as mine was. And since I'm hoping this can be a discussion topic for your first-ever OC, so to speak, I didn't bother to pop the question in the OC thread that already exists. I hope that's alright
(WARNING: The description/background of this OC may make you groan outloud, or possibly laugh.)
Anyway, my first ever OC was actually a blue-skinned Twi'lek named Lenora Lana, in the Star Wars universe. She was born 4,000 years or so after the KotOR series ended, and she is the descendant of Mission Vao.
Her story is a bit complicated, and will probably sound quite Mary-Sueish. She grew up in a small town somewhere... in New Zealand, I think? I can't remember, but anyway she spent much of her time in her early twenties working at a small gift shop for a grumpy store-owner who never appreciated her hard work.
Then one day, she and several other people got summoned to the Jedi Enclave on Earth, where she found out she was the descendant of the great Jedi Knight named Mission, and that the Force was strong within her.
She was even gifted the silver lightsaber crystal that had been in Mission's first lightsaber, all those years ago.
Then she proceeded to begin training, and mastered several Force abilities almost immediately. She formed a Force-bond with her sweetheart, Andy Fletcher, and the two of them were together when Alderaan got blown up by Darth Vader.
Lenora also developed a Force Bond with Andy, which helped deepen their romantic relationship.
Over time however, Lenora would face many challenges. She often seemed to lose her temper and fall to the Dark Side, always regaining control of herself and feeling terribly guilty afterwards.
She was also captured by Darth Vader once and nearly killed during the torture sessions, but Andy found her and lovingly nursed her back to health, in a manner of speaking.
Sometime after the stress and emotional duress of being tortured, Lenora had this weird thing happen where she accidentally discussed a long-forgotten Force power called "Force Tickle". It turned out to be a banned Force power because the last Jedi who tried using it got it deflected onto himself and he died laughing. And thus, Lenora had to promise the spirit of Mission Vao that she would never, ever use that power, and to forget she even had it.
Lenora also has been the victim of many deaths, and she came back to life multiple times. These were mostly due to unfortunate incidents that involved illness or being murdered in her sleep or having her ship blow up. And most of the time, she came back to life either through someone choosing to go back in time and safe her life, thus changing history and making it so she never died, or simply me--her creator/writer--going, "Okay, I don't want her dead anymore!" and going back and doing some editing or whatever.
As it stands... Lenora is now dead, and one with the Force. But you never know. She might be back someday.
So yeah, whatever.
SO, what was your very, very first OC like?

Well my first OC was for this book I wrote her name's Ritz (Yes i named her after the cracker) who was a black wolf with gold eyes and a sliver of blue if i remember correctly in her either left or right eye she's a natural born leader. Then shortly after i watched Transformers i came up with Flare and then i watched Beast wars on DVD and came up with Saber-Fang, the formal General of Cybertron.

by Blazemane
My first O.C.'s actually came in a trio. I only started writing fan fiction a few years ago, and in the first chapter (Beast Wars story), there is a bear named Steelclaw, a lion named Blazemane, and wolf spider name Swiftfang.
Blazemane is not a self insert- really. My favorite animal is the lion, so I knew I had to have one in my story. And Blazemane seemed fitting. Anyways, I wrote the chapter before I joined this forum, so my name on here is based on him, not the other way around.
And Swiftfang is a Maximal. The Predacons have enough spiders. I may or may not change his beast mode though.
And Steelclaw is a Maximal, but he's... special.

*points to Signature image* The one still floating around to this day, though more in comics or art junk.. or just in name since usually I'm known online as NightShadow or NS for short. (unless an art website or something of that sort, then I stick to NaitoKage since it's very rarely used.)
I don't really use him in Rps or such anymore since he's a rather twisted character for an Autobot ally and there's no means of progress for him. He's just amusing for comics and the like.

Well, I think my first OC ever was this girl named Angel. She was my Dragon Ball Z OC. I used to draw art of her, but I don't do anything with her anymore, since she was such a Mary-Sue. She was a the last an alien race that I totally made up, which like the Sayians, their world was also destroyed by Freiza. She was also super smart and really pretty and could swim in lava. I know, what was I thinking. -__-
But I think I also created the RiD version of Ultraviolet and Hyper around the same time I created Angel. Originally Ultraviolet was a sweet and caring femme who used to date Ultra Magnus, but then later falls love with Optimus. But she and Optimus get together after Magnus gives them his blessing. I know, Oy.... -___-
As for the orignal RiD version of Hyper, I made her boy crazy at first, but then I eventually changed her to a tomboy who liked to smack Sideburn around.
But as two go, I recently revamped them for TFA. I like how TFA Ultraviolet is turning out, but I can't help but think that Hyper could still use some work.

My first OCs ever were based on Tankor, Thrust, Jetstorm, Nightscream, and the Diagnostic Drone from Beast Machines, which was the first TF show I ever saw EVERRR. I LOVED it. (I still like it as a separate show from Beast Wars, not a sequel.) when I first started imagining my own scenarios with the show, I started messing around with their personalities and made them human, then developed them so much they became completely separate characters. They still grew and developed and are still around today, 5 of them, and are constantly being developed further. Now, they are 5 god-like beings manifested fro mthe energies of the Earth. They act as superheroes, kind of, except for one problem - they're so powerful, there are no real bad guys, so they're stuck living mortal lives and have to deal with each other and humans and their problems. :'D However, that's only one idea. I constantly put them into different scenarios. :3
I avoided making Fan OCs for a long time, though, based in shows. I strongly prefer canons. However, I started writing a fanfic about the Autobot femmes on Cybertron and I needed more than 4 to 6 Bot femmes to work with and I had a problem with their womanly design. Pretty but it didn't fit with my idea of machine. :/ So I made a few OCs. The first and most developed is Rotoredge, who was based on Blackout from TF2007. She's a massive chopper and has a very similar build, the point of her design being that she's a ROBOT so she doesn't HAVE to look like a female human. :/ She's the leader of a small band of Decepticon femmes who broke off from the Decepticon faction because of some reason. At first it was that femmes are rare deviations from the normal Transformers, almost all of whom are mech. Femmes are an anomaly. Going with that theory, in the story, femmes are subtly protected by Bots or used and/or manipulated (Cons), generally. Despite my theory that femmes realy aren't much different from mechs, I wanted to write a girl power story. xD Just because we need some coolness TOO! DXXX So, the small band joined Elita One's group, and similar to how Dinobot wormed his way into the Maximals' sparks, the Cons did among the Autobots and Rotoredge grew to strongly respect Elita and is now incredibly loyal to her. Sounds a bit over the top, but in the context of the fic, I think it makes sense. :3
So yes, my 5 OCs, plus Rotoredge make my first OCs/Fan OCs ever. :3

My first OC was Bloodfeather who was renamed as Hecate and she's a pred. But I still love my feline friends and intended to rename TM2 SS as Valkyria (my bro suggested that name to me when he was watching the anime Guyver)

My first, and current, OC is an Autobot named Mistrel, I made him like a year ago or something, and I still use him in stories and RPG's, mostly on one that I play on another site.
He's a detective, and very intuitive, plus he's fun for me to play, as he's like got a very dry sense of humor lol

Beastbot was really my only OC in my Beast Wars fanfics, minus a few extraneous characters like the Vexorans. I also created Crossfire, Gryphtron, Manticron, and Octopod, who weren't used all that much. All the other characters were either toys or based on toys (for example, I named the Fox Kids Cheetor Transmetal repaint "Flashfire").
In my current X-Men: Evolution series, I don't have any OCs at all. There's more than enough Mutants to pick from in the Marvel universe, with pretty much every cool power there is. I may have changed their personalities substantially (as is the case with Mercury) or tweaked their powers a bit (as I did with Moonstar), but I've never outright created new characters.

My first OC was Alak Dilion from the Spartan II squad codenamed "Alpha27". It was for my old Halo clan's first RPG where we basically created fictional versions of ourselves fighting for Earth's survival while John-117 was away at Delta Halo. It was my first role-play experience which was cool since everyone's character was essentially a Mary Sue (your "OC" being yourself). Since we played together on Halo, we already knew what our customized appearances and weapons of choice were.

If i go back in time I can't remember who was my very first OC ever since I would have to backtrack over ten years and a memory isn't always the most reliable thing. So I'll just post the first OC I can remember from way back when.
Let's see. I think that would have to be.. Arilla the Sage of Death for Leged of Zelda.
She was like this half demon Hyrulian that the people like treated badly so she wanted to teach them a lesson.
She worked for Ganondorf and Dark Link hated her.
Meh.. she wasn't that great a character but she's the first one I can remember... except maybe two now nameless girls I created for Transformers: Robots in Disguise... one of them made friends with Skybyte...

I'm pretty sure my first ever OC was Beldarius, the twin brother of Belgarion from David Eddings' "Belgariad/Malloreon".
"The Seeress of Kell", the 5th book of the Malloreon cycle, was my first ever fantasy book - Eddings is still my favorite fantasy author after nearly 10 years. After all, he was the one that introduced me to my favorite literary genre. XD
So, Darius is basically Garion's twin brother. They had gotten separated at birth and while Garion ended up living with Polgara in the country of Sendaria, Darius ended up in Arendia (country just south of Sendaria) and was adopted by a baron. At age 8 he began to travel and after two years he ended up on the same farm where Garion lived.
So all in all, Pol realized who he was and had him settle down on the farm. After several events in the original books Darius and Garion turn 16 - Garion becomes the King of Riva and Darius finds out he's the King of an island called Chandara (due to some extremely confusing family relations I wrote).
I began to write a big fic several years ago. ...It takes place 10 years after the events of Malloreon. I haven't managed to finish it (in fact, I'm a long way from getting to the end) - the first few chapters take place in Riva and Chandara. I created some new gods for the story - the old gods from the books had left (apart from Eriond) and I needed some new ones - so I created the good gods Agram, Jaqal, Shalas and Trand; and the evil gods Malys, Zandragal, Viras and two others whose names I forgot.
Darius meets the good gods and when they ask him and Garion to help them drive the evil ones out or even kill them, they agree. (Killing gods isn't impossible in that world - Garion killed a mad god called Torak in the original books. He was just 16 at the time, too. XD)
---------------------------------------------------------
Later on I transferred him (and his cousin Meriel - this girl ended up falling in love with Bevier, a Cyrinic Knight) to "Elenium/Tamuli", another fantasy series of Eddings'. ...I haven't written any E/T fic with these two in it, though.
Instead I created new characters for my E/T fic - of which my favorite is Zethos, the King of Cerin Lorandon.
