The Intergalactic Highway

While I was watching the opening credits to the new 24 episode last night, I caught a very familiar guest star name. In fact, I did a double take and said, "Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson)? StarGate Michael Shanks? It can't be. Is there another Michael Shanks?" I watched the episode even more intensely than I normally do just searching for Michael in any scenes. Low and behold, he actually has a decent part in the drama series. He's a spy. XD Which is awesome. I was thrilled! Even though it was a little odd to see him in such a different role after watching SG-1 for almost a year now almost every day. But I think it's awesome that he's in 24. For now, anyway. He has a potential role where he might get killed, but I'm sure he's used to roles like that by now, right?

Thats awesome! I've only seen up to season 3 of 24 and am planning on watching the rest after I've seen all of Beast Wars(i'm halfway through now and still loving it). Michael Shanks is a great actor, he did a better job of playing the part of Daniel(in stargate) than James Spader did in the film! Its a shame there is no more Stargate though.*weeps uncontrolably*

Season 3 of 24, Primus? Hurry up! You won't believe what happens next! XD That's awesome, though. It's great to find yet another 24 fan on here. And StarGate as well! And I agree, Michael's a good actor. I know, I'm going to miss SG-1 also. *sniffle*

*screams* Jagna, you watch Boston Legal as well?! That's awesome! I LOVE that show. It's so funny! Shatner's hilarious. "Denny Crane!" I prefer James Spader's Alan Shore over his Daniel Jackson. I think Spader's acting is absolutely amazing in BL. I always look forward to his cases because he's so darn convincing and puts so much emotion and perfection into his acting. I love it! Oh, and don't forget Denny's "Shirley Schmitd-ho!" Too funny! How long have you been watching BL? I only started at the beginning of the second season, but I had bought my mom the first season last year and watched it so I'm all caught up now and continuing with the third still airing. Yay! I thank my mom for getting me in to BL. I think she only really started watching it because she's a Trekkie and likes Shatner; he's so comical. And to see some Star Trek and Boston Public actors join the show is great too. I think what I love most about David E. Kelly's shows is the photography. The camera shots, zoom in and out, speed up and slow down are awesome.

And Michael in CSI:? That's schweet! Did he die in that show too?
