That was awesome! Yes, the animation still looks wierd in full episodes, but I loved the dialogue.

Can we keep it?

LOL I know! The people who blammed TFA in a bad way are gonna eat their words.

And Starscream was just awesome. And I loved the beginning where Blitzwing is about to threated BA but then his face changes and he sings 'the itzy bitzy spider' instead.

My opinion:

Positives:
-The Decepticons' Power. MAN, they weren't hyping it up at all-- seeing Starscream take on all those Autobots and once and come VERY close to winning was just too awesome.
-The characterization, for the most part. Very well-done.
-The overall story so far.
-The Autobot bureaucracy.
-Bulkhead is NOT really dumb, just not particularly a genius. Nice to see them not fall back on the "big=STOO-PID" character archetype
-The "how little humans are made" joke. Face on Prime=Priceless.
-Prowl. 'Nuff said.
-Ratchet's general crankiness-- he's not just cranky 'cause he's old, his advice makes sense.

Negatives:
-Bumblebee's voice.
-*sigh* Sari, as I feared. She's still head-and-shoulders above humans in the previous series, but the only non-annoying humans Hasbro has managed to create in TF fiction so far are from the movie and IDW's TF comics. She's not too bad on her own about 50% of the time, but I just can't STAND her animation model, which probably increases her annoyance factor for me threefold. I can deal with this style, even though it's not my favorite aesthetic, for the most part, but Sari is just way too exaggerated and ugly.
-Blitzwing. He had the potential to be so COOL, and in his Colonel Clink and Schwarzenegger personalities he was, but when he switched to his "insane" face... seriously, there's cool insane, and then there's just "....What?" insane. Seriously, "Let me sing how I feel?" Bluh? Hopefully that was just a one-time thing and when he really makes his debut in the series his "inane" persona won't be quite... well... random.
-I was disappointed by the animation (and I'm talking about the actual animation here, not the "style" which most people refer to as the "animation"). The animation was less than smooth, often mouth movements were Anime-esque in that they only had "open" and "closed" frames that cycled back and forth when appropriate, and often times the TFs were "off" a bit from their animation reference models. Plus the lines tended to be chunky a bit. Probably my biggest dissapointment with the series so far.
-The Allspark being used as a "catch all" to save TFs from extinction. Bringing back damaged TFs I can understand, but resurrecting them after they've already died? Then what the heck are the stakes, then? If an Autobot dies, just bring 'em back to life. Really dials down the urgency, there.

Overall, I give it a solid B so far. Definitely the best series since Beast Machines, and it has the potential to get much better, certainly. I'll enjoy watching it, to be sure. But, as much as I was hoping Aaron was right in his assertion that Sari wasn't annoying, that just didn't prove to be the case, and the bad animation irks me.

nheh, i watched it all. i like the comedy, but like beastbot said, the animation is a bit off which i don't really like. also sari is kinda annoying, but she's okay.

Heck yes! Prowl is already my favorite character. Question though: Ratchet (and correct me if I'm wrong) seemed to be the exact Ratchet from the old series (even though they made him more cranky). Was Prowl also the same Prowl? I don't think Ultra Magnus was but, heck, as long as I'm asking: Was Ultra Magnus?

Anyways, I like the start of this.

Aside from homages, there is no continuity connection between this series and G1. So everyone= new character. Prowl in particular is completely different, he was originally a police car, second-in-command of the Autobots, had a tailpipe up his aft.

Okay I saw the whole thing. So far I like it. Sari is a big improvement to that annoying Kicker kid. That kid just got on my nerves constantly abusing everyone but I won't go any further than that about it since this isn't a transformers Energon topic.

Okay so anyway. I have a little problem with Sari's dad. He found Megatron's head 50 years before the time when everyone wakes up again. That would mean he's probably over 60. How come Sari's so young? That's been bugging me a lot.

Blitzwing's okay. I'm not used to him being german. I'm used to him being slightly naiive and using football moves to defeat Autobots. Three faced woogy just creeps me out especially the weird insane persona. I wanna kick it. XD

I won't comment on BA. I didn't see enough of her.

Megatron sounds like an old man. it's kinda funny in a weird way.

Starscream is awesome a big improvement to Energon Screamer who bugged me to no ends.I mena how many Starscreams do you know who can pwn all the Autobots by himself?

Ratchets funny. Grumpy but funny.

Prowl is awesome. He's got this kinda loner personality thing going on.

Prime's all right. His face reminds me of somebody.... I just can't think of the name.

Bulkhead cracks me up. "hey there little creature..." lol

Bumblebee's adorable. I don't know why you think he's annoying. I don't think he is.

The humans... they're designs are scary. The only one who looks half decent is Sari. Maybe they should have put a little more effort into it.

The storyline is pretty good. I like it and the humor as well. It's a lot better than I thought it would be. The humans are far less annoying than most of the humans (mostly Daniel from G1 and that annoying Kicker from Energon!). I don't have a problem with them so far except that their children scare me to death.

The voice acting's okay too. I'm used to David Kaye doing Megatron but I don't mind him doing Prime this time. XD at one point when prime is making grunting noises he sounds a bit like Megatron. Did anyone else notice that? it might be just me. All well.

So anyway. I give the show a B+. It could have been better if those kids hadn't looked so crappy!

mhmm, i agree. especially in that scene where prime and sari are in the park and they see that lil baby in the stroller... that kid just looks completely whacked out.
