True, but most of the times he fought Optimus he got disconnected from his neural link to Cybertron.

I think this is universally agreed upon by every BW fan in existence.

Rampage VS TM2 Dinobot

Without spark squeese, Rampage wins I think. I give you that with his healing factor, his speed and skill, and his raw power, Dinobot would put up a heck of a fight, and might even fight him to a stand still. But, Ramapge's healing factor is much greater, any wound he gets he will recover from very quickley. Dinobot would go a REALLY long time, but eventually, Rampage would get his shot off, and one shot from Rampage is all it usually takes.

You've forgotten that in "Feral Scream", one shot from TM2DB also took Rampage out of the picture. Not to mention his paralysis ray and hologram projector from "Proving Grounds".

Plus, Rampage is 'Brilliant' (Although we don't know how smart he is really) he could probably devise a way to win in the end.

Dinobot is also brilliant.

I personally think Rampage is smarter, but again, they never really said which one is the smartest, or even demonstrated it.

Rampage has a lot more firepower then Dinobot, but TM2DB does still pack quite a whallop with his eye beam. It probably wouldn't have taken him out, but the fall didn't help. That, and they were being comical about it on some level

Well it depends. Rampage is obviously better in the ways of torture (spark squeezing doesn't count) and in the use of fear and intimidation. But I say Dinobot is a better tactician and strategist.

Now, if only we could see what effect TM2DB's weapons would have on a mountain...
