The Admin is a prestige class, retaining all the powers of the Moderator class.
Requirements: Int>16, Wis>16, Cha>3, five levels in sarcasm, philosophy, or counseling.
At levels 3, 5, and 9, they get one free ban a day, cumulative.
They get a stacking +1 bonus to Forum-based arcana each level.
