Blazemane is correct! I would have also accepted Grimlock, Randy, Silverbolt/Skywarp (gestalt) or Soundwave.

Wicked Woman: Grimlock? But... Grimlock was an Autobot who later became a Maximal, and Dinobot was a Predacon who are descendants of Decepticons. (o_O) Has this ever been made into official canon, or was it just an idea/intention that Bob Forward had but never made it into official lore?? Cos if it's official, then it would raise some serious questions, because despite defecting to the Maximal team, Dinobot was always fiercely proud of his Predacon heritage (and thus by default, Decepticon roots). IMO a far more logical choice would have been Carnivac -- a Decepticon who, much like Dinobot, lived by a strict warrior code of honour. And like Dinobot, he also switched sides (although he never actually became an Autobot - like Blackarachnia he merely joined the Autobots but as a Decepticon). When Bludgeon slayed his friend Catilla, Carnivac swore vengeance, and hunted his former members of the Decepticon Mayhem Attack Squad until he finally confronted Bludgeon and defeated him -- but Carnivac achieved revenge not by killing Bludgeon (who also shares a warrior's code of honour), but gave him a fate worse than death -- he let Bludgeon live with the shame of defeat! Grimlock didn't live by any strict code of honour... Grimlock was more of a consequentialist ("the ends justify the means") whereas Carnivac and especially Dinobot follow a more deontological form of ethics (honour-bound to duty and obligation).

Alak: the thing with brittle plastic syndrome is that certain toys with brittle plastic are highly PRONE to breakage, although it may not happen with every figure. For me personally, I've experienced breakage with my Grimlock, Transmetal Megatron and Torca, but not with my Magnaboss Silverbolt. I don't have Randy or Soundwave. You can read more about Gold Plastic Syndrome here (I know some of the brittle BW toys like TM Megatron don't have gold plastic, but as I said before, it's called GPS because it started in G1 with toys made from brittle gold plastic, so the name's stuck :p)

Fortunately for fans of Megatron, there is an alternative to Hasbro's fragile Transmetal toy, and that is Takara's Metals Megatron. Forget the fact that it was more show-like colours (I personally couldn't care less about that), the important thing is that it's made from superior quality brown plastic that is NOT prone to breaking like Hasbro's. I have yet to hear a single case of someone's Takara Metals Megatron breaking as a result of brittle plastic, whereas Hasbro's TM Megatron breaks so frequently that, well, he's on TFwiki's blacklist (or should that be "goldlist" :p) of highly fragile toys. I love my Metals Megatron. :)

I hear nothing but good things from the Takara line. Do you know if there's a price difference from the higher quality?

Name one of the characters from Beast Wars (the show) that Simon Furman claims to like the most.
I understand... you are, after all, a predacon.

Remember makeshift submarine that Rattrap uses to retrieve Sentinel? How many propellers does it have?

One propeller. The submersible's name was Dive-Dive

Metals Megatron's RRP was 2500JPY. No idea how much they're going for now... I'm absolutely terrible at guessing after-market prices/values (I don't even have an eBay account :p)

P.S.: I lied about the name of the submersible :p :p

Q: What is the name of the weapon used by Big Convoy to defeat Unicron

Bonus point Q: What two artifacts were combined to create this weapon?

The Matrix Buster, which is a combination of his "Big Cannon" and his energon matrix.

I have a technical question. I've known some of these answer, but there are others I've had to look up. That is legal, right? Using outside sources? Or is it all meant to be what we know off the top of our heads?

Trivia: In one of the original scripts for "Other Visits, Part 1", who attempts to console Cheetor about Airazor and Tigatron's disappearance?
