Sapphire is still out of commission, however she recently passed this on to me, an email from our webhost.

On June 10, 2010, we will be updating the PHP, Perl and Python libraries on the server where your account is located. To evade possible problems caused by scripts running on your website - we kindly ask you to upgrade them to their latest versions. In fact, we recommend that you do this on a regular basis in order to avoid the various worms crawling the Internet in search for older versions of Joomla, Moodle, phpBB2/3 and other sorts of widely distributed CMSs.

So heads up, there may be issues from the 10th onwards.

Unfortunately I have exams on the 10th and am currently eye deep in studies, as is Sapph, so there may be periods where the forums resemble an M.C Escher painting.

Don't panic, bear with us and we'll have the upcoming potential problems sorted out shortly, provided the penguins refrain from throwing frozen flaming waffles during the upgrade.

We knew it was coming around this date and that we've needed it for a while, we're just making sure everyone knows now so nobody panics when the board goes down for a bit this week.
