Simple poll on dolls. Like 'em, hate 'em, don't care, and/or get creeped out by 'em.

Every since my childhood days, with my sister's headless, naked Babies littering the house, I've been disturbed by them. And then <Dramatic Pause> I saw Chuckie.

My mother has a huge collection of dolls; I dislike most of them [all those blankly staring little eyes O_O], and I was afraid of barbies when I was younger [frikkin creepy smiles!], but I like a few types of dolls, mostly the larger glass-eyed ones that have a bit more depth to their expressions. I think some of those can be very beautiful, and akin to artworks in their own right. Of course, the price usually reflects that, and is often beyond my meager means.
Interesting poll question-- Not something that comes up every day.

O_o I've never really cared for dolls, and find them rather creepy. Sure, I had a few baby-dolls and barbies when I was little, but they mostly just staying in my toy box most of the time. I distinctly remember my parents trying to get me interested in them, presumably because it was the "girly" thing to do. I much preferred making a disaster of my sand box and playing with my awesome silver plastic dinosaurs.
That, and I'm a bit of a tomboy.... I tend to stay away from female stereotypical things, even when I was younger.
And who needs dolls when I've got my collection of Transformer toys? THOSE are my 'dolls'!
