And Megatron's lines at the end of Other voices part 2, his last lines before optimus appears in coming of the fuzors part 2 and when Megaton says he is power in other visits part 2.

But perhaps the most epic and intense quote had to have been Megatron's speech to Optimus Prime, right before remodeling his face. I still get shivers from it.
