That. Was. Disturbing. I never thought I'd say this, but BA almost looks like a frelling nun compared to Chiana. That girl has serious issues.
Getting back on topic, it seems that a few people voted based on the Hot Factor but I think that "pretty" and "hot" are two different things. Blackarachnia definitely has her (big inverted commas) "charms" yet Airazor is very...feminine, in the sense that she most definitely doesn't look like a man but she's still one of the guys. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that she's pretty.

Blackarachnia, comparitively, is not nearly as... charming... as Chiana. BA leans more towards seduction, which is what most TF fembots tend to do, use seduction and looks to gain an upper hand over ignorant plebians who think Woman = Weak and those whom have weaknesses for Women
As for the videos, those are excerpts throughout nearly all four seasons of Farscape of her more charming moments. I promise there is a character beneath all that Charm that allows you to excuse such moments

I actually don't mind the charming sort all that much so long as they're smart enough to have a decent motive behind their flirts. If BA was just a silly little ditz who just enjoyed male company far too much for her own good by God I would absolutely loathe her. Airheads are just there for cheap entertainment as far as I'm concerned but if the character isn't two-dimensional and is cunning enough to manipulate the opposite gender in such a way then I've got absolutely no problem with it.

BA (like all the BW characters) went through a great deal of character development throughout the series. She started out as the manipulative seductress, and ended up alot more caring (even if she was armed with retractible claws). So the two are very different people.
Here's another hypothetical for you: what if tigatron was the only one taken by the Vok/killed? How do you think Airrazor would have turned out? And would that person be hot? (Yes, that wasn't a cheap attempt to stay on topic... nooo.... )
I've seen the TM Airazor form the comics. she looks more female than her beast wars form but a bit scary. lol
They only got rid of Tigatron and Airazore because people thought they were boring. WHY!? OH WHY!? she was like the secondof only three females robots in the show and she got abducted by aliens then got her body combined with her love interest.
Talk about being together forever.... *gets smacked for bad humor*
then they got and kill the third female....
and all that's left is one girl who matures in character but must be extremely lonely.

I'm a big fan of both ladies, for totally separate reasons. Airazor is womanly rather than girly, and has all the nobler traits we females like to think we possess such as compassion, intuition, sensitivity, sense of humour and class. BA represents the mystery, intellect, manipulativeness and style in a female's nature. When it comes to classically feminine looks, BA takes it. However, I'd never use the word 'pretty' to describe her. Sexy, feminine, shapely, but not 'pretty'. So I voted for Airazor.

I think Airazor'd just mope around a little bit (like Tigatron after Snowstalker was killed) and then just get on with life and /hopefully/ go through some more in-depth character development. However, I don't think she'd turn out hot. She's a good girl...unless she followed BA's exapmle and fell in love with a Pred. Then the two factions could swap femmes

I don't think she's tomboyish. Just because she doesn't have a big chest and doesn't flaunt herself doesn't mean she's not pretty.

I vote Blackarachnia not just because I think she's more beautiful and sexually appealing than Air Razor, but because she has alot more personality. Air Razor was only around for the first season and an episode or two into season two before she was kidnapped by the Vok with Tigatron. I remember reading that Razor was added to the show just so that they would have an extra female character (who wasn't an evil doer like BA at the time) and as such they never really developed her character (a shame really since what little we saw of her she appeared to be a sassy and fun individual). BA on the other hand was way more complex a character, she went from being hell bent on absolute power and ruling over the Predacons to falling in love with Silverbolt, joining the maximals, and ultimately becoming one after being upgraded into a Transmetal 2 (hottest fembot design in the series in my opinion...plus she KICKED ASS! My jaw dropped when I saw her beat the slag out of Rampage during their first encounter). I've always had a weak spot for femme fatal characters anyway, and BA fits the bill (hated what they did to her form in Beast Machines, ugh)
I personally prefer BA. Especially her first form. I have to say her animated form is awesome to though. (Can't wait for the episode she's featured in).
Air Razor's cool looking but well she never left an impression on me. Though I love her Transmetal form it's awesome looking. (especially the ARmada variant, so evil looking in black.)
Course if were in Japan this thread would be totally diffirent as Air Razor is a boy in that.
