The Arrival

By: Fadura Shy. U

Pt.3

PG cuz of some weird perverted conversations.

Depth Charge cursed to himself as the scanner once again lost track of X.

Ever since the second blip had disappeared the scanner would continuously lose track of his prey, sometimes shutting itself off for no apparent reason.

The manta snarled and landed on the ground transforming; right then he was standing in a wooded area.

Then his computer bleeped suddenly, ~“Unknown Maximal signature detected.”~ Depth Charge blinked and looked at the coordinates. “What the—?”

Before he could finish the sentence though a loud feline battle cry echoed from above him followed by. “Blizzard, MAXIMIZE!!!”

The blue and silver manta barely had time to duck as a charged ball of energy sped towards him.

To his opposite a graceful snow white figure landed folding her wings, her violet optics flashing in challenge. In her left hand she held a staff topped with a metallic purple metal ball that flashed on and off with electricity.

Before Depth Charge had time to recover, the stranger pounced, swinging her staff forwards hitting his head with a loud ‘clang’ along with several hundred volts of blue energy.

As the white and gold femme came charging at him once more Depth Charge stumbled onto his foot, slightly stunned but regaining enough of his wits to grab out his tail spear and blocking the next blow. However, the spear still metal and didn’t stop the flow of electricity and therefore the hunter was once again knocked off his feet.

“An excellent fighter you are indeed, it’s a pity I must defeat you,” the feminine voice was soft and strangely quiet but strong.

Depth Charge rolled off of his back and sat up on his knees propping his weight on his splayed hands breathing heavily. “You’re Maximal, we’re from the same faction, why did you attack me?” He looked up into the new femme’s eyes through blurry unclear optics.

The aforementioned violet optics dimmed. “Trust is the question; faction is not I’ve had enough experiences of my own to know.” She paused before continuing. “Anyways my duty is to protect my comrades, and I will always remain loyal to my friends.” Her hands tightened around the staff slightly and the purple sphere glowed with electricity.

“Pleas forgive me.”

With one graceful move the femme leapt swinging her staff.

Depth Charge took in a deep breath before standing up and grabbing the staff by the stick, catching the stranger off guard then swinging the staff sending the angel like femme flying several feet away landing neatly on her feet only to be knocked straight into the stasis-lock when the manta swung her staff down upon her temple.

As the white femme slumped into the ground Depth Charge dropped the staff and collapsed glaring into her dimming optics. “The honor is mine.” He panted.

“… and with all the happy couples aboard the ship I' m still left without a girl, so the first yah do is find a girl, if yah want tah, I can give yah a list of all the single girls on the ship…”

Dinuva gave Moonnight an almost pleading glance before turning back to the so-called mad scientist named Blitz-wing who was happily chattering on and on about the strangest things that anyone could ever talk about, and the ‘singles’ on the ship was by far one of the strangest and most disturbing topics.

The conversation had gone from cookies to black holes to rabbits then ‘bunny slippers’ (whatever they were) and now this.

The saurian now understood why they called him ‘mad’.

Luckily Moonnight intervened before the alien beast moded ‘bot had a chance to get on to ‘the really juicy stuff’. “Blitzy, I really don’t think he needs someone telling him about sex appeal and interesting shaped females, y’know? I' m very sure he can find a female on his own pretty well.” The leopardess said in her usual English accented tone, her black ears flattening against her head in annoyance.

“Did I tell you Blacky was single too, for a damn good lookin damsel she’s still got no hotty tah call her own—!” Blitz-wing chirped before being stopped once again by Nightraptor

“That’s NICE, now why don’t we go back to pink bunny slippers eh?” The large Utahraptor rumbled glaring at his comrade with bright yellow eyes.

“I never told yah they were pink!” Blitz-wing exclaimed and started bouncing on his black hind legs enthusiastically for no reason.

Dinuva blinked his swamp green eyes and slowed his pace to that of Moonnight’s, as much as he disliked himself for it, the female was the only one he really seemed to trust despite her seductiveness and flirtatious gestures towards him. “Are they always like that?”

“The joys of being on a criminal ship, many times we have total opposites and ALL the time we have arguing pairs.” Moonnight made a flat expression.

Dinuva flinched slightly still remembering the first time he heard the fact that he was on board a criminal ship, he’d zoned out completely forgetting were he was and throwing an angry tirade until Belle came in and calmed him down with a bit of help from her sedating medicine.

“And we’ve still got a whole mission to go on with em. Joyous… just plain joyous,” the black cat mumbled to no one in particular.

Blitz-wing heard unfortunately. “And do you know what happens when we’re happy?” The small Predacon terrorized, grinning insanely.

Nightraptor groaned and rolled his eyes, Moonnight cursed under her breath, and Dinuva snarled before the three of them answered in unison. “We wave our hands around. We know.”

And they weren’t disappointed.

Optimus landed silently, half expecting an explosion or perhaps a gun pressed against his head to follow but instead there was total silence.

Total silence.

The Maximal transformed and stepped cautiously into a bush his optics darting here and there.

Sure enough Blackarachinia and Silverbolt lay in a stasis-lock near a bullet ridden rock. Surrounding them were several small tell-tale black holes burned into the ground by laser guns, strangely the two unconscious ‘bots looked barely harmed.

Optimus walked over to the two of them picking them up gently before transforming and flying away.

“How many more will we need to find?” Clearcut rumbled walking into the command centre, green optics glowing.

Esperanza Maximized before turning to him and shrugged. “So far the tracker is still down, we’re working on it, it’s gonna take a while to fix, though the sensors tell that everybody is going to be up for the party.”

Esperanza was tall willowy female with a wild horse beast mode fused together with her old other-world beast mode making the beast-mode look altogether strange. She was mostly brown and dark multicolor-black that had a metallic sheen to it; her face was a nice earth brown color her optics a calm obsidian black with a tinge of dark brown underlined by strange swirls of black tattoos. She had a sharp upturned nose, a normal slightly sharp chin and black and gold beast mode hair tumbled down to her waist.

Her torso plate looked pretty much like a furry brown and black jacket with no sleeves and covered just enough of her medium sized breasts still leaving the exposed metallic black area of the place between.

The arms were black from shoulder down to the elbow abruptly cut off by beast mode fur before once again reappearing on her clawless hands. Her legs were long and nicely shaped, black from the hips down to her knees which were once again was covered in beast mode fur and ended in brown feet.

Clearcut on the other hand was even taller, taller then many ‘bots aboard the ship excluding several.  His face was covered by a bluish silver mask with two black markings crossing the opening of his neon greenish blue optics making them look like scars. His jaw and chin was covered by a dirty silver metal, his chin with a short spike, as it was his face remained completely emotionless.

His armory was mostly blue and silver blue, fiery orange stripes outlined by black dominated his broad chest, his arms, and his legs. Large shoulder plates covered his powerful shoulders. His arms ended in five clawed hands; three of the fingers had longer claws than the other two. His legs were normal until his heels where, like many others aboard the ship, ended with his beast mode hind legs.  His beast mode tail swayed quietly behind him.

Mounted on his back were six huge, long, silvery tentacles arched off the ground to be kept out of way.

Clearcut nodded curtly at Esperanza then hesitated. “Where is Nirina?”

There was a loud ‘clang’ of metal against metal and the familiar clicking of sharp claws before a large black and blood red creature stepped out of the shadows, his dagger red eyes glowing unnaturally.

“Havoc, Terrorize.”

Esperanza yelped involuntarily and spun around to face the intruder.

The Predacon transmetal 2 stood nearly as tall as Clearcut himself, bloody red and black in coloring with a touch of silver at his joints, his face was black with the same dagger red optics as his beast mode had. Under them were scar like red markings, his shoulders were broad and blades sprang out from behind them to make some kind of shoulder pad.  His black chest plate was outlined with red stripes his waist was a dark metallic silver covered by his beast mode ribcage.

He was well balanced on his beast mode legs, his bladed tail held off the floor. His arms ended with clawed hands his elbows were spiked, if they were to be used his opponent would probably have a six inch deep gash!

“Your second in command is still in the CR chamber, as is Darkblade,” a raspy voice replied.

“Greetings and thank you Havoc,” Clearcut said and beast moded stalking out of the command center

Esperanza turned and glared at Havoc who gave her an innocent what-did-I-do look. “I really wish that you would STOP snooping around like that!”

The saurian smirked at her. “I don’t ‘snoop’ I simply have a tendency to surprise.”

“Ugh! Whatever!” The femme technician threw her hands up in exasperation and slumped back into the seat, muttering under her breath.

“After all, where is the fun in simply walking into the room, hrrm?” The transmetal two growled walking over to the femme resting a hand on her shoulder.

Esperanza looked up at him placing her hand on his and examining the sharp claws. “Perhaps… But you still need to apologize.”

“That, I can do.” Havoc murmured leaning fore wards tilting the femme’s face up.

“Oh you are such a charmer,” Esperanza breathed wrapping her arms around his neck.

Megatron squinted into the distance.  Sure enough, a silvery glint of a stasis-pod shone from a swamp not too far away.

“Inferno, guard the area,” he ordered curtly and began making his way towards the pod.

When he reached it however he discovered that the pod's lid was opened and the ‘bot inside was gone. “What?” He asked himself and stepped back from the looking around for clues to the disappearance of the new proto form.

It didn’t take to find the new ‘bot of course, not long at all since the next thing Megatron knew a silver and golden blade was pressed against his throat.…

“… So you just found her?” Optimus queried giving Depth Charge a look.

“Actually she found me and started kicking my tail for no real reason that I can think of,” the transmetal manta said glaring at his commander.

“Is it just me or is everybody ignoring me today?” The female who called herself Blizzard asked crossing her white paws watching the now quarreling pair with contempt.

The two stopped immediately and turned to the winged snow leopard who was laying down in the cage, it was the first actual time that she actually talked other than the time when she had said what her name was.

“No, really, the whole day and not even my enemies seem to acknowledge me.”

Rampage growled and opened his optics, sitting up quietly.

He was in a dark cavern, riddled with holes and passages to other caves, lit up dimly by glowing blue energon that clung to the wall. “What in the…?”

“Finally, you’re awake.” Rampage turned around and stared at the strangely dark alien beauty that stood on a large, blunt, upwards-pointing stalagmite, the glow from the energon lighting up her features, outlining her with silvery blue light.

Shadowscream looked at him calmly with ever-changing colorful optics, a strange contrast against her black emotionless face. “If you wish you may come along with me, if not you may go down the passage on your left.” With that the dark femme leapt off the rock and began walking to the passageway to his right.

The crab stood up, feeling kind of weak, wondering how he survived this long without getting an energon overload. He looked over to Shadowscream, who stood waiting patiently at the front of a large passage. tTough angry at the female for defeating him in the fight they’d had before she had knocked him into a stasis-lock, he turned fully to her, glaring suspiciously and followed as she disappeared into the hole.

There was something about her that seemed… out of place and yet belonged, the way her eyes shift color to her emotions, her enigmatic attitude, and he barely felt even a trickle of emotion coming from her spark, as if she wasn’t really there and yet… there she was.

Despite the anger he had towards her he was compelled to follow.

Anyways, he’d have an excuse to not be anywhere near Megatron right then. “So… Where are we going?”
